Wendy completed the Power Pilates Teacher Training course and obtained certification, which required hundreds of hours of study and practice. Since then, she has wholeheartedly embraced the role of instructor, continually striving to deepen her understanding, improve client communication, and refine her teaching skills.

Yunjeong began her teaching career as a yoga instructor in 2006 before being introduced to the Pilates method.
She started with contemporary Pilates in 2013 but soon fell in love with the Classical system, finding in it not only strength but a profound sense of connection and purpose.
She first trained with Polestar Pilates and later completed her comprehensive certification with Power Pilates in 2017.
Continuing her journey, she has studied with world-renowned teachers including Karen Frischmann, Ken Krech, and many other respected Classical instructors.
In 2023, she deepened her studies through specialized training with Karen Frischmann in Los Angeles and continues to refine her craft through mentorship and ongoing education.
Yunjeong opened her first studio, Piladio, in Seoul, South Korea in 2016, quickly expanding to a second location the following year.
In 2021, she relocated to Vancouver—her husband’s hometown—and founded Blooming Pilates, where she continues to share her passion for Classical Pilates.
Known for her detail-oriented and challenging teaching style, Yunjeong works with clients of all ages and backgrounds—from athletes to seniors—helping each person move with clarity, strength, and purpose.
She believes that true teaching begins with deeply understanding and embodying the work oneself, and that Pilates, when practiced with sincerity, can transform not just the body but the entire being.

Haengmin embarked on her journey in the realm of Pilates as a client, only to swiftly become captivated by the method’s distinctive movements. This fascination drove her to embrace an incredible path as a Pilates instructor.
She commenced her education with Polestar Pilates, an institution renowned for its contemporary-style Pilates, and successfully completed the rigorous certification program in 2014. After three years of cultivating her teaching career, Haengmin took a hiatus due to the responsibilities of childbirth and parenting. During this period, she devoted considerable effort to honing her own physical abilities, an experience that bestowed upon her profound insights into the human body. Consequently, her belief in the Pilates method deepened, marked by an unwavering sincerity.
In 2019, she resurfaced in the teaching arena, and Haengmin’s discerning teaching style and thoughtful approach were met with great admiration from clients, and she rapidly refined her instructional skill during this time.
In 2022, she seized a remarkable opportunity to participate in a workshop led by Sonje Mayo, a direct student of Joseph Pilates, the originator of the method. Haengmin’s continual curiosity regarding the roots of Pilates was finally filled, and she discovered the answer lay in Classical Pilates, which adheres faithfully to Joseph’s original system. She diligently studied Classical Pilates under the instruction of esteemed masters at Urban Classic Pilates, situated in Songdo, Incheon, South Korea. By attaining her second Pilates certification, she solidified her status as a highly skilled and specialized instructor.
Now, she stands poised for a new chapter in Vancouver, Canada, preparing to embark on an exciting journey. Maggie began her fitness journey in 2014 lifting weights and practicing Yoga in Taipei. Exploring a multitude of physical activities fostered her knowledge of kinesiology and built a passion for movement and health. However, Maggie was met with chronic knee pain from an ankle injury. In 2018, aiming to relieve this pain, she discovered Pilates in Hong Kong. Pilates not only rehabilitated her injury, but also brought additional benefits including improved mobility, body control, and overall energy and strength.
Recognizing the potential of Pilates, Maggie moved to Vancouver in 2021 to train under some of the best Pilates teachers worldwide, directly under the lineage of Joseph Pilates.
